Round One
What makes Round One different from other gyms and other fitness classes?
Unlike other fitness classes and martial art classes, Round One is about getting fit through training like a Muay Thai fighter. It is hard work, but fun.
Muay Thai and kick boxers that train for a fight go through a combination of skill classes, conditioning and coordination classes. We have designed our classes to emulate similiar training conditions.
The idea is that we start by learning a set of skills then using those skills to build strength, fitness and stamina, of course enjoying the training process. Once this cycle is over, we'll build on your skills and then build further on your strength, stamina and fitness.
