Round One Classes
After your first class, you can follow through the remaining rounds, growing your skills base, conditioning and coordination base.
The remaining rounds consist of: - 3 skills rounds - 3 conditioning rounds - 2 coordination rounds
Most fighters train in a similar fashion, where each round or session focuses on specific skills. Once these 8 rounds are over, we go through different conditioning, coordination and skill rounds.

| Skills Round |
The skills round is a lower intensity class designed to teach you stances, movement, punches, kicks, elbows, knees, combinations and defense. Although its a lower intensity class, be prepared for a good work out. |
| Conditioning Round |
The conditioning round is all about getting fit. This round is a high intensity class where you get to use all your skills learnt so far and work on building your strength, stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. |
| Coordination Round |
This is a hybrid between skills and conditioning, where you will learn more complex combinations. You will have to coordinate your movement, combinations and conditioning to perform these exercises. |
